There is hardly a man who is devoid of any kindness, of any good intentions. If he were, he would be on the verge of insanity . . . As long as one believes that the evil man wears horns, one will not discover an evil man.” Evil is negative (i.e. antilife, a destroyer, but like darkness and cold, also very strong).
